Gail and Jim Crawford are the owners of Ocean Joy Vacation Rental Properties. With our love of the town of Ocean City and being on the ocean we decided to get into the vacation rental property business. We live in Colorado so we go from 9,000’ elevation to 4.5’ elevation. We are looking forward to expanding our properties in Ocean City as we grow our business.
