Welcome. We are featuring Poseidon’s Penthouse that is located in the 9400 Building in uptown Ocean City Maryland. It is on the top floor (22nd) on the north side. The unit has expansive views of the ocean, north city and Assawoman bay. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and watch it set in the evening over the bay. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated for your enjoyment. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full-sized kitchen, dining area, and living room. Sleeping accommodations are provided for 6 people with queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Wifi and cable TV with HBO are provided for your enjoyment. The building features an outdoor pool with a large sundeck. Walk off of the sundeck and you are on the beach. A laundry facility and exercise room are located in the building for your convenience. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks and mini-weeks. Full weeks are available from Sunday to Sunday; mini-weeks are available from Thursday to Sunday, or Sunday to Thursday. You can also combine a full week and a mini-week for an extended vacation! During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in the unit/building.
